Our Return Policy


We strive to describe and display each product as accurately as possible to ensure that you can make informed and satisfying purchases. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. For this reason, we offer a 14-day window from the date of receipt to return your purchase and receive a refund.

Our goal is to make the return process simple and transparent while ensuring that all returned items meet quality standards for reintegration into our inventory.

How to Return an Item


To be eligible for a return, an item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • Be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories (box, manuals, warranty, authenticity certificates, etc.)
  • Be shipped within 14 days from the date of receipt

Once we receive your package, our team will verify the item's integrity. If everything is in order, we will process the refund as quickly as possible. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

To initiate a return, simply send an email to service@corsovinci.com and we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Note: Any attempt to modify or replace parts of the product, such as straps or bracelets, may compromise its integrity and render it ineligible for return.

Refund Process


Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, generally within a few days of receiving the returned item. However, please consider the following timeframes:

  • The time required for the package to reach our warehouse
  • Verification of the returned item's compliance
  • Bank authorization for the refund
  • Possible banking transaction times, which may take up to 7 business days

If the refund is not processed within 21 business days, please provide us with the tracking number of your return shipment so that we can investigate further.

Important Note: The refund covers only the price of the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless in specific cases, such as:

  • Defective or damaged product upon arrival
  • Shipping error on our part
  • Product listing not matching its description
  • Order cancellation before shipment
