Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within a maximum of 3 - 7 business days from payment confirmation. During this period, our team checks the availability of items, carefully prepares the package, and arranges the shipment. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed on the next business day. If the purchase is made after 11:00 AM on Friday, the order will be processed starting from the following Monday. Once handed over to the courier, delivery times vary depending on the destination. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

• Italy: 1-4 business days
• Europe: 2-6 business days
• Non-EU countries: subject to customs, usually 4-10 business days

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and depend on local regulations. We recommend checking with your customs office before making a purchase to avoid surprises.
